BY CAR FROM OLBIA: After leaving the port of Olbia the drive is about 20 km, first take the the SS125 for about 2.,5 km, then the SP82 for about 15 km until you reach Golfo Aranci.
BY CAR FROM SASSARI (130 km): Follow the directions for Olbia which are as follows: drive along the SS131 signposted Cagliari - Olbia for about 13 km, turn off at the junction on the SS597 towards Ploaghe for about 6 km, then continue along the SS672 for about 34 km, followed by the SS127 for another 50 km. Finally, take the SS82 for 20 km until your reach Golfo Aranci. Alternatively, you can take the SS131 towards Cagliari - Olbia for about 13 km, continue on the SS597 towards Ploaghe for about 6 km, then take the SS672 for about 34 km, continue along the SS127 and then the SS125 for 35 km. After driving another 2.5 km you will reach Golfo Aranci.
BY CAR FROM CAGLIARI (290 km): Follow the signs to reach the SS131, continue for about 125 km towards Sassari, then follow the signs for Olbia along the SS131dir / DCN for 150 km, until the SS82, after about 2.5 km you are in Golfo Aranci.
Sailing from Livorno or Civitavecchia you can arrive directly at the port, which is situated very close to the train station and the town centre.
The State Railway arrives at the station, which is very close to the ferry port.
Follow the signs to the port or the train station, you need to go along almost all of Via Libertà and then turn left into Via Cagliari and cross the level crossing. Turn right into Via Cala Moresca and go along the track which follows the railway line which takes you to the turnoff for Cala Moresca. You must park your car at the car park next to the Baracconi Beach, continue on foot for about 1 km until you get to Cala Moresca, once there you will see a gate which indicates the start of the trail that winds up the promontory of Capo Figari.
